Terms of Service
The agreement between you and EZ Cashouts when you use the platform.
These terms govern your use of the EZ Cashouts platform and your participation as a member of our buying group. Please read them before creating an account.
Last updated 12 September 2026.
1. Eligibility
EZ Cashouts is open to legal residents of Canada who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
2. Account approval
Creating an account is free. Every new account is reviewed before live deals and pricing are released, normally within one business day. We may decline an application without giving a reason.
Deal details, quantities and payouts are confidential and visible only to approved members. Redistributing them outside the platform may result in suspension.
3. Commitments
When you commit to a deal you agree to supply that quantity of brand-new, factory-sealed items in undamaged original packaging, by the agreed date.
You must hold clear title to everything you supply. Goods that are stolen, subject to a dispute, or obtained in breach of a retailer's terms are not accepted, and supplying them is grounds for immediate suspension.
Some deals carry a per-member cap so smaller members get a fair share. Larger quantities can be arranged with us directly.
4. Reimbursement and commission
The terms shown on a deal are locked onto your commitment at the moment you make it and are not affected by any later repricing.
EZ Cashouts reimburses the verified retail cost of each item received and pays the per-unit commission published on the deal. You keep all credit card rewards, points, cashback and miles earned on your purchase; we make no claim to them.
Members registered to charge HST must supply a valid HST number and an invoice for the tax component.
5. Verification and payment
Every item is checked in against its serial number and inspected on arrival. Items that are opened, used, damaged, resealed, or do not match the committed product may fail intake. Each failure is recorded with a stated reason and you are notified within one business day.
Failed items are returned at your cost or disposed of on your written instruction.
Payment is issued by Interac e-Transfer or direct deposit within 10 business days of an order clearing verification. You are responsible for keeping your payout details accurate.
6. Shipping and risk
Risk of loss passes to EZ Cashouts when items are received and scanned at our warehouse or drop-off point. Until then, items in transit remain your responsibility, so we recommend tracked and insured shipping.
Use the tracking and drop-off options in your account so we can match an inbound shipment to your commitment.
7. Account suspension
Repeatedly failing to deliver committed quantities, supplying fraudulent documentation, or offering goods to which you do not hold clear title may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of open commitments.
You may close your account at any time. Any amounts owed for verified items already received will still be paid.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for your own tax position, including reporting any commission income. EZ Cashouts does not provide tax advice. Consult a qualified professional about your circumstances.
9. Limitation of liability
EZ Cashouts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amounts owed to you under your open commitments.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Canadian law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to members by email, and continuing to use the platform after that constitutes acceptance.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@ezcashouts.com.
